The Maker to Entrepreneur Program (MEP) will prepare

leading EPICS teams to turn their projetc into a product.

The three-month program enhances the cricital skills that

students need to lead their innovations to the market.

The MEP will prepare top EPICS teams to understand the basics of early-stage venture

development, including sales and pre-sales, Make a first sale or pre-sale with an initial customer, and conduct customer interviews and complete feedback-based prototype iterations. MEP students will also receive mentoring regarding marketplace traction and legal aspects of founding a startup with Vietnamese entrepreneurs.

What you will learn in the Maker to Entrepreneur Program:

- How to conduct customer interviews and complete feedback-based prototype iterations.

- How to understand the basics of early-stage venture development, including sales and pre-sales

- How to develop a validated value propositions, business models, and go-to-market strategies.

- How to make a first sale or pre-sale with an initial customer.

- How to Develop an English language evidence-based pitch deck that is built upon data from an initial customer(s).
